Someone came to visit them. It was just the princess coming home from a trip. Her trip was over and she was home.
She told them she had seen a lion on her trip and a giraffe. She told them where she had been – Africa. She saw those animals. They weren’t in the zoo, they were in the jungle. She saw them at a water hole getting a drink. She also saw a tiger – a baby tiger. After the animals got a drink they came over so she could pet them. They were all babies, so they didn’t hurt her.
The queen had been scared when she heard Katy knock on the door. But, when she opened the door she was SO glad to see the princess. When her mom opened the door, Katy saw an animal she was holding – a puppy. The puppy was SO cute and she wanted to hold him. He barked a little, but liked Katy.
That night someone tried to take the puppy, but he barked so loud. The person who tried to take him was bad. The king chased him away. They put the puppy back in his cage and put him under the bed so he would be safe, of course.
Later that night, a monster with sharp nails got the cage unlocked using his sharp nails. He took the puppy out and tried to steal him, but he puppy barked so loud they could hear it on the moon.
The tickled the monster and he ran away. He ran so far that he ran all the way to the moon.
Then the puppy was safe. No one would be able to get him now.
They had a great breakfast. They baked pancakes and had sausage from McDonalds. They ate it and Katy found a loose tooth. The she did exactly that – put the tooth under her pillow. The tooth fairy cam and gave her 3 coins.
The End.

What a great story Katy! I think you need to write a book about the princess and her puppy. I was wondering what the puppy looked like, was it black or brown or white?
Your creative juices are flowing early, keep up the good work........
Love and hugs,
Grandma Jan
