Last week you were sitting on the floor with your white teddy bear. You had your Dora sunglasses on and were "reading" to him from your Bible. You started at the beginnning and told teddy the story of Adam and Eve.
It was too cute! You told him that God said not to eat the Orange, but that Eve ate that Orange anyway. Naughty Eve!

Just turned 3
You turned 3 not even a month ago, but I think you're so much more advanced already. I am pregnant with your little brother - due March 17th. You are really excited about the baby. You ask alot, "How will the baby get out?" I tell you that he will come out at the hospital and you seem to accept that as enough of an answer for now. Whew! :o)
You are also now learning to play Xbox with your daddy. You like to play Halo2 with him. You even killed his guy the other day. I think it was more luck than skill, but hey! Who knows! Your favorite thing to do is to make Master Chief look straight down and then move his feet. You laugh and tell daddy that MC is dancing! HAH!
You can now count to 20 although 16 and 17 are kind-of tricky for you. Once you get past those, it's on to 20!

* You were a princess for Halloween. You hating saying "Thank you" after you got candy, though. It was a little chilly outside and you actually asked to go home early. Daddy thought you were pretty silly not to want to get more candy!

* You love Janice Ivester at church (Gretna Community Church). You ask each week at Youth Group when she is going to come babysit you!
* December 2004 - you are learning to print the letters of your name "KATY". You have been able to type the letter on the keyboard for months! You also love to sit at the computer and play computer games on sesamestreet.com. You use the computer mouse proficiently!
* You can count to 10 (15 by your 3rd birthday)

* You couldn't quite say "breakfast" - it always came out "Break-sticks".

* One of your favorite songs was from "Barny". It went "What if all the raindrops were lemondrops and gumdrops? Oh, what a rain that would be! Standing outside with me mouth open wide! AH AHAH AH AHAH AH AHAH AH (hold your tongue out like you're catching the raindrops!)
* You have been attending Mom's Day out each week, which is kind-of like preschool. You go to MDO at Westwood Church. Almost every week you ask me how a school and a church can be in the same building. You bring a craft home each week and are so good at your alphabet already! You learned "Jesus Loves Me" and "The Wheels on the Bus" and sing these constantly!

You say the CUTEST things!
Well, you just turned 3 and you really think you know it all now. Just today your daddy was eating some Beef Jerky and you just thought that the name of it was so funny.
We didn't really understand why until later you were playing with your shopping cart and offered daddy and I some "Beef TURKEY". We laughed so hard!
You wouldn't believe daddy that anyone would name food "beef JERKY"!
